Alexandra leads the AIOps and MLOps enablement team at Gjensidige, Norway’s largest insurance company, and focuses on scaling responsible use of AI and LLMs across the organisation. Her team works as enablers in close collaboration with the business units to deliver robust AI platforms, drive innovation through complex RAG systems, and establish governance that balances speed and control. Originally an academic with a PhD in physiological modelling, Alexandra has a background in applied mathematics and statistics. After transitioning to industry, she applied her analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to data science and software engineering roles across both the public and private sectors.

Jawad Saleemi is a seasoned leader in Data & Analytics, with extensive experience in driving Data & AI transformations and building AI ecosystems from the ground up. Currently, he serves as the Director of AI & Cloud at Telenor Group, where he plays a pivotal role in Telenor’s AI First Program. Prior to his role at Telenor, Jawad was the Head of AI at Tet Digital (Technical wing of Ruter) in Oslo, Norway. Jawad was instrumental in establishing Ruter’s Data & AI capabilities and ecosystem. Jawad is also an accomplished speaker, having presented on Data & AI at various conferences and forums, including AWS Summit Stockholm, Data Summit Stockholm, and JavaZone Oslo.

Robert is first and foremost a jazz-fusion composer, but with a deep background in formal logic and computer science. He has worked on everything from open-source Unix kernel programming, to architecting enterprise cloud environments at Microsoft, and developing original AI-driven products as an entrepreneur. With nearly two decades of experience in handson development of disruptive technologies in enterprise environments, Robert currently provides executive advisory services through The AI Framework to help others make a successful leap into the future.
