Holding a PhD in Machine Learning, Anders has spent the past 8 years building and leading Data Science and Data Engineering teams, gaining extensive experience across three generations of real-time data platforms. In recent years, Anders has been deeply involved in shaping AI and Data-as-a-Platform (DaaP) strategies at the Telenor Group level, including developing guidelines and playbooks.

Anika Mahajan is leading the AI Governance work for the H&M Group, as well as chairing the Digital Ethics committee. Her focus is to drive value & reduce risks from increasing AI adoption in the organisation. She has been instrumental in structuring and operationalizing various Responsible AI and AI Governance practices, across the organisation. Anika has 15+ years of experience to effectively use data, analytics and AI, to transform businesses across various industries (CPG, Retail, Telecom,Hospitality, FS) and geographies (US, EU, Growth Markets).
